Indianapolis Selected as National FFA Convention & Expo Host Through 2024

The National FFA Organization announced Wednesday that it will be moving its National FFA Convention & Expo to Indianapolis for 2016-2024.

“We are excited to be bringing the National FFA Convention & Expo back to Indianapolis,” said National FFA Advisor Dr. Steve Brown. “The city has extended its very best brand of Hoosier Hospitality to our members in the past, and we look forward to spending the next few years in this city.”

Present a Workshop at the 88th National FFA Convention & Expo

We are selecting presenters to deliver workshops at the 88th National FFA Convention & Expo in Louisville, Ky. Workshop presenters will present at least one workshop that they write themselves. The workshop objectives will be cross-walked to the National FFA Organization’s precepts for premier leadership, personal growth and career success.

FFA Board Makes Decision Concerning Future National Convention Host

As you may remember, in 2008 it was announced that the National FFA Convention & Expo would move to Louisville for 2013-2015 and then back to Indianapolis for 2016-2018. The contract then held an option for Louisville to host the following three years, upon review of the requirements for the event.

Six Elected as 2014-15 National FFA Officer Team

Students from Georgia, Arkansas, Colorado, Tennessee, Kentucky and New Mexico have been elected by delegates from throughout the United States to serve on the 2014-15 National FFA Officer team.

National FFA President Brian Walsh: FFA Members Have a Story to Tell

Of all the stories FFA members heard during the 87^th National FFA Convention & Expo, 2013-2014 National FFA President Brian Walsh reminded them during his retiring address of what he believes is the most important story of all: Their own story.

Walsh told the crowd that because he didn’t believe he had an extraordinary story to tell, he couldn’t be a success or an inspiration to others – but he realized that your story doesn’t have to be unusual in order to be a success.
